The Program Committee and UC Tech Ambassadors will review the proposals over the next several weeks. Those who submitted will be notified in June about the status of their proposal.

Selection Process
Proposals will be reviewed by the Program Committee and UC Tech Ambassadors using the following criteria:
- Quality of Topic: Is the topic of importance, relevance, value, and/or interest to the targeted area of information resources in higher education?
- Proposed Topic Coverage: Does the proposal cover the topic adequately?
- Speaker Knowledge: Does the speaker appear to have sufficient knowledge, expertise, and authority to address this topic?
- Learning & Engagement: Has the speaker included strategies that will effectively engage the attendees and result in effective learning?
- Overall Rating: What is your evaluation of this proposal overall?
Proposals will be selected to ensure the conference program offers a comprehensive, noncommercial, objective, and diverse treatment of issues related to the theme and key topics.
Applicants will be notified of proposal status in June 2024. Note: the selection committee may invite you to present in formats other than the one you selected or those noted in the proposal submission form. The conference registration fee will be waived for one individual per accepted presentation.
