School/Teacher Support
i. Support in-school events that supplement the educational experience, including but not limited to: Field Day, Art Gala, Book Fair, Field Trips, Kindergarten Graduation, Teacher Appreciation Week
ii. Provide opportunities for room parents where requested
Communications
i. Assist in managing the school website
ii. Assist in building and managing school emails
iii. Manage the school calendar
Volunteer Management
i. Manage database of volunteers
ii. Source volunteers for all events
iii. Build and communicate volunteer forms
iv. Manage annual election process
Community Events
i. Support out-of-school events that help build community among school constituents, including but not limited to: Back to School Picnic, Pre-K and Kindergarten playdates, Winter Carnival, Halloween Parade, End of School Celebration, Parent Socials
